4kids.in is looking for franchises in all big apartment anywhere in Bangalore( Any apartment with 200+ flats ).

Who is a potential candidate for franchise?
- Housewife, Who can spend at least 2 hours a day during weekdays.
- Talkative, Good Networking skills, love to meet and talk to parents on child learning & Reading needs.
- Who understand what kind books a child needs @ different age.
- Who can plan for a event, e.g. Reading Club, Storytelling etc etc.
- Familiarity with computer.

What is the space requirement?
- There is no space requirement at your home, No interior cost, No Need of any book shelves @ your home.
- All the books we will centrally stored at warehouse and will be dispatch to users in your apartment.

What is the investment & How my investment will be used?
- Investment is only 50,000/- if you take franchise for your area ( e.g AECS layout, Sarjapura Road, HSR Layout etc etc ) , because we build a eco-system with the help of all the other franchises owner. There is no real Estate cost, No Interior cost.

- Investment is only 15,000/-  if you take frachise for your apartment only.

- From 70% of your investment 4kids.in will buy books and will add to common inventory from where books will be delivered to all users. You are the owner of this books.
- 10% of your investment will be used for marketing in your apartments
- 20% of your investment will be 4kids.in franchises fees & other charges ( website, book labeling, book covering etc etc.. )

What kind of support will be given by 4kids.in to the franchises?
- Procurement of children’s books from publishers will be done by 4kids.in
- Website support, Book Labeling & Covering
- Marketing support in your area
- Initial training & Day to Day support.
- Complete logistics support ( e.g. Books delivery will be taken care by 4kids.in )

What are the cost involved once the franchises in up & running?
- Only Home delivery cost which will be shared by 4kids.in & with all other franchises owner.
- 20% of reinvestment from total revenue coming from your apartment every month for new Books & Magazines
